Why is the team anonymous?
Three reasons drive our current anonymity - all temporary and strategic:
Active Fundraising: We're in late-stage discussions with institutional investors and family offices under standard NDAs. These term sheets explicitly require confidentiality during negotiations. Disclosing identities now would breach these agreements and jeopardize strategic partnerships that could fund significantly larger capital deployment.
Sector Transition: The founder is transitioning from a previous tech startup with institutional backing (~$18M in revenue, verifiable track record) to systematic trading. This requires discretion during the transition period, particularly given ongoing investor relationships and stakeholder communications from the previous business.
Crypto Philosophy: In crypto, code is credibility - and actual verifiable results are credibility. We've published more verifiable data than 99.9% of projects: every trade, every day, independently auditable on GitHub. And once we start trading with real capital, we'll publish monthly CPA-audited reports.
